No. We will guide your New Hire through the online training and meeting with them once a week to review and discuss the learned material. Their manager will meet periodically to stay up to date.

They will have access to their trainer any time they need support for 6 months, beginning the first day of training. If your dealership has a Masters or Dynasty membership through our Fleet Management Solutions Training, your whole team has this access for the duration of your dealership's membership.

The New Hire is set to be 4 weeks long with 6 months of support in total.
